Hello ,
This is regarding my paytm query number mentioned in the subject.
I purchased something from paytm and when they delivered the item then I got one promocode as an offer.
When I tried to use this promocode it’s did not work and paytm support team said one of the item of the order was returned so it would not work.
But promocode was available for single item also so why it’s not applicable now.
It looks like a fraud.
Please raise this issue to paytm management.
