Hi Team, in paytm postpaid i am charged for late payment of 590 rs,
The concern is that the deduction was performed earlier but was in pending state and got successful at midnight 12:00AM to be exact. They are marking late fee on that. And secondly the amount was between 2000-2500 so late fee charge should be 250+ gst, they took 500+gst. And I tried customer care they just make me fool that there is no call support. There complaint ticket is in pending state for last two weeks without any update or complaint no.
