I am using paytm postpaid and I paid the entire amount on 31-07-2022 which means they won’t charge any interest. But today the bill was generated and it shows the amount of interest of Rs 246. I tried to contact paytm customer care and there was no option in their customer care call menu for paytm postpaid. I chose paytm bank option instead and asked them to solve this problem or give me information if that’s my fault which is why i am being charged. They said we cannot help with this and there is no way to reach to customer care for paytm postpaid. I asked them to escalate the case twice and they did the same but all of them said the same thing that they can not help me with this. I am filing the complaint because this is unfair that I am being charged, if that’s my mistake then they have to tell me and if not then they have to remove that interest amount.
