Sir while paying back the postpaid dues my payment got stuck then I had to pay again. I found out that both the payments were successful and I had paid double of that I had to pay. This happened on 14th aug 2022.
Since that time I have been asking to refund the amount but no one is replying to my messages and calls.
Once on chat someone assured me that my money will be refunded but they dint tell me when and since then there is no response.
This is the last option I have left with please help me out
The amount which I have to get back is 5150 rs.
