Fraud/unauthorised transaction of 38355/- was taken from my account after taking OTP on the pretext of giving me refund of older complaint with paytm.I complained to paytm but they are closing the case as resolved without proper investigation.Pls help me get my amount refunded back as its a fraud/unauthorised transaction from my paytm postpaid account
