Dear team,
I am using paytm and paytm post paid service for a while,
And on the last month i don’t use any amount from the paytm post paid service account and they charged a convince fee of Rs 1.88.
And i tried to connect them through out the paytm app and the toll free number also, and i don’t get any proper response or any customer care agent.
And i need to request you to return back my money as they charged as convenience fee and also to close my paytm post paid service as soon as possible.
