Text of Complaint by Gopal:

Dear Concern,

I had an issue with Paytm postpaid bill paid.

I’m on hold from last 7 days but no response yet from customer care team.

I made the payment of my paytm postpaid on 07th November but my amount credited back to my bank account on 08th November.

Immediately I remade the payment on 08th November..

It was success but I’m charged with Rs.590/- as penalty interms of late payment fee.

When I try to use paytm postpaid it’s insisting me to pay Rs.590/-

Please find attached images for your quick reference as below:

1. Paytm postpaid statement showing payments made successfully.

2. Paytm postpaid bill paid successfull receipt.

3. Bank statement showing you the transactions made, received amount back from Paytm towards paytm postpaid bill and repayment made including dates.

My paytm postpaid account is disabled.

I request you to kindly check and enable my Paytm postpaid account by avoiding late fee charges asking to pay without reason.
