Text of Complaint by Rahul:

I have paid all dues of paytm postpaid. Now it’s showing my available limit as 33250/- but when I do do any valid transactions through paytm postpaid like mobile recharge etc. I am not able to pay from it. Since last 1 month It shows- “Sorry we are facing some problem, kindly use other payment options.” I tried to contact paytm postpaid helpline but I am not able to reach customer care
