Ye complaint paytm postpaid account ke liye hai mere account par 1 late fees ka extra charges lage huye hai jo ki wo bilkul galat hai, or mere pass do baar uski settlement ke liye call aayi ke itna amount dekar apka close ho jayega. Maine wo amount pay kar diya par uske baad bhi ye close nahi hua paytm wale us executive me mujhe mail bhi kiya ki apka amount zero ho jayega par nahi hua fir usne payment ke baad ph. Uthana hi band kar diya aisa mere sath 2 baar ho chuka hai mai isse bahut mentally disturb ho raha hu ap please ise close karwaye. Main screenshot bhi share kar raha hu unki mail ka or statement ka.
