Text of Complaint by Samili Maria Rozario:

I had made an online payment of my electric bill using Paytm of Rs. 1,240.00, dated 31.08.2018, Transaction Id no. PRCR/000000034608/3108182106/One97Comm PayTM and the said amount have been deducted from my account, but my CESE bill was not paid and Transaction was done using PayTM (Bharat Bill Pay).

Transaction date – 31.08.2018

Transaction amount – Rs. 1,240.00
CESC Consumer Id: 25000442442
CESC Consumer no: 25033141022

Kindly refund my money back
