Dear Consumer Court
I got refund from Amazon 332 rs provided
But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute.
But Paytm Paytm bank is not filing charge dispute and saying that they have no information regarding this
i am also sharing refference number of that mail which i sent to Paytm Payment bank 909310575036
Paytm Payment bank is not helping me at all and i am in big trouble, Amazon is saying they can’t do anything without charge dispute refference number.
Consumer court, please give me justice .
