Videocon D2H Offred me a package on 8th April, Offred package was 1299/- yearly subscription with star sony packages, but when I was recharge my account they clearly denied for that package. I register my complaint but they are not taking serious to my complaint. my complaint no is.707232022.

Now I am feeling worried, Kindly help me
