Respected Sir/ma’am.

This is regarding my order number 13417352560 which i had placed in PAYTM mall on 1st of May 2021, i got the confirmation that my parcel will be deliver by 4th of May 2021, unfortunately nobody from PAYTM had showed up on that particular date so i called up PAYTM and mentioned my complaint, They provide me the ECOM EXPRESS COURIER https://ecomexpress.in/ service contact details i called this courier service and they told me we attempted to deliver your parcel but nobody was at home, i was little surprise because in lock-down we cannot go outside for any reason, Again the courier service ECOM EXPRESS send me a message on 5th of May 2021 mentioning we try to deliver your parcel but nobody was at home, Again it was not true i was so confused so i alerted all my 4 security guards in my society, and mention to my society office to check the CCTV camera that my parcel arriving but not reaching to my Door, On 6th of May 2021 i received one more message from courier department the same message mentioning we try to attempt to deliver your parcel but nobody was at home, so i called up this courier call center again to make sure my Home address and my contact details and it was perfectly correct, They assure me by evening of 6th of May 2021 they will deliver my parcel, But i received the same message from the courier ECOM EXPRESS that we try to deliver your parcel but nobody was at home, in frustration i called them again what was the issue regarding my parcel surprisingly they courier guy call center told me your order has been locked and it will take for 48 hours to unlock from 7th of May 2021, so Again 9th of May I called the Courier call center regarding my issue they informed me, it’s been locked and it will take 48 hours to unlock my parcel, i was so much frustrating that what kind of service this PAYTM and the ECOM EXPRESS providing i asked the ecom express call center reps why my parcel has been locked in first place, they told me for several attempt to deliver your parcel that’s why its in locked period, (which was not true) then i asked them 7th of May to 9th of May it’s already 48 hours done can you please deliver my parcel the call center rep told me we cannot because it’s in 48 hours locking period and we will try as soon as possible to deliver your parcel, that means on 11th of May, it so frustrating i ask PAYTM to please refund my Money they informed its non-refundable order, well i was like so much helpless,

11th of May i call ECOM courier again can you Deliver my parcel now this time because it’s already two times 48 hours they told me the same story again 48 it will take because it’s in locking period more 48 hours to reach your parcel, i was literally crying and requesting them to stop those 48 hours Drama Please, then i decided personally to collect the parcel i asked the rep from ECOM EXPRESS about the address, where my parcel is and provide me the address he gave me this address (ECOM EXPRESS Ground Floor, Kantaben Residential Building, Netaji Subhash Marg, Thane West, Thane – 400601, Near Court Naka),

So this time i already decided to go and pickup my parcel personally from this address which ECOM EXPRESS call center rep had given me before, On 12th of May i went to this address near court naka Thane west, SHOCKINGLY i came to know from the Neighbors of other shop Keeper This ECOM EXPRESS does not EXIST it’s been shut down for last 4 years back i was fainted what exactly is happening my Brain was completely shut down whom to go and ask my parcel or my money,

That’s why sir/Ma’am please help me in this matter, i don’t find any dignity with PAYTM and their courier Partner ECOM EXPRESS, They are so much Big Black spot in our country,
