I have ordered an watch Order no 6162548089 on 30-Sep-2018 from Paytm and it showed delivery date of 07-Oct.
The order has not been delivered till today and there is no way to track the order.
The Gati Courier person has the parcel since last 8 days but has not delivered the parcel and keeps saying he will deliver next day. I have called the Gati person (Vaibhav cell : 9921574471 ) more than 3-4 times since 19-Oct but the parcel is not delivered.
Even the Gati manager Bharat 9011331919 promised the delivery but did not deliver.
I have put a complaint on Patym and asked to cancel the Order but there is no update on that one as well.
Please help to get the order cancelled and give refund and this level of service is frustrating and we would better buy from Amazon or other sources which keep the promises.
