I had ordered Redmi note 4 back cover with tempered glass through Paytm. I received the item in damaged condition.
I made online request for return pick up & I moved during this period to J&K during which my mobile number remains switch off.
I had already updated through online help section of Paytm app the number to which they can contact during return of item. But Paytm has rejected my request.
