I have ordered 2 face mask from Paytm on 09th may 2020, order id 10907256939 they were urgently required however till date they are not dispatched, several complaints to paytm has been made but they always assure to resolve within 24 hours and later no proper response given
i have requested them to cancel the order as its yet no dispatched to which they responded that it could not be cancelled
they are neither delivering order nor refunding amount, all they are saying that its delayed due to lockdown
my submission is that when they accepted order in lockdown they should have known how to deliver it, secondly if they are not able to deliver in time then it should be cancelled so that I may purchase from somewhere else
This is essential product and during this time of covid 19 mask is the basic necessity, so delaying it is not at all justified from company.
