I’ve ordered a product form Paytm on 28 jun 18 but after one day when order was showing shipped they cancelled it even without informing me.
Afterwards I inquire they told me that therr was a technical error thats why order cancelled then I said if it is from your side then re-order the product but they simply denied.
Now I contacted to paytm on twitter , they ask me to order the product with a new cashback of 20% instead earlier 55% and also they will provide a 250 Rs cashback additional.
Please help me to sort out this type of joke with consumers .
