I ordered food from Empire restaurant through Paytm ONDC but after one hour of placing order the order is cancelled immediately and reason is not at all mentioned. It’s been 13 days still I haven’t received the refund every time I reached out to support team they will reply to wait for 5-7 days I’m getting feeling that I will not get my refund
