I ordered burger and veg crunchy taco from Paytm ONDC on 22nd January 2024 at 9:20 PM. No contact of delivery person was given to me from Paytm side. After several messages to Paytm care, they dispatched my order at 9:50 PM. At the end, driver didn’t call me and my order was cancelled automatically by Paytm. Paytm didn’t responded me quickly nor refunded my amount. My order was not delivered yet. I escalated the matter to twitter, they responded with auto generated message but they didn’t refund my amount. I want full refund of Rs 527.81.
