I have order a charger from paytm mall via “telematics” seller on 21 april and already paid the amount, they said it will be shipped on 25 april. But today it’s 29 april and item is not even packed yet. Everyday, its written on paytm that your item will be shipped by tomorrow but it’s not shipped to till date (29 april). And there is no way to talk to their customer care representative. I want money concession for number of days they are delaying the product. And moreover they are not shipping the product. Kindly do something
