It has been more than 10 days since I cancelled a railway ticket which was booked from Goraul to Katrasgarh and tbe boarding station was Samastipur for my mother. It was booked on 7th of April 2019 but because of some reason it had to be cancelled, on 8th of April 2019 I cancelled the ticket but till today that is 18th of April I haven’t received any response or refund and when i have tried to call them they were trying to fool me by saying it is under process
