Ordered food from PayTM -> ONDC on 11th 8.45 PM.
first they assigned one Raider(Delivery person) he came to restaurant and after that No response from Delivery person. Then magic pin assigned Porter app for Delivery my order
first guy unable to find the hotel for some time and later he found the hotel to pick the order.
but hotel representative mentioned order is already collected.
then he canceled his ride, porter assigned another rider to delivery my order , he called me and said where is the hotel and where to delivery , explained all the above scenario. he mentioned ok sir ill cancel the delivery , please give me OTP to cancel.
I gave OTP to cancel ,
next mint in APP it show’s as delivered.
