I have booked a flight on 8th september in the Paytm app and indigo had to cancel flight due to covid restrictions for a flight. I have been contacting Paytm since the day it got cancelled and asking for my money. Paytm is cheating me and not providing a resolution. it’s been more than 20days. they always put me on hold when I do a call to paytm and hangup the call.please help me in this situation and I’m travelling without money because of the Paytm.
