i have booked my travel on 19 March, but due to covid situation , operator cancelled the journey, raised complaint with Paytm,but Paytm is not provided full refund , claiming cancellation charges!!also customer support not available over call ,my 50+ complaints have been auto resolved, this #chinesepaytm has harassed me enough , I need compensation for cheating n fraud , Paytm shares customer info with fraudsters n I get sms asking to complete KYC how did they get to know that I am using Paytm?
