I HAVE PURCHASED A NIKE SHOES PAIR FROM PAYTM ORDER ID : 6168354672.
THE PRODUCT QUALITY IS BAD AND HENCE I HAVE REQUESTED FOR A RETURN. THEY HAVE INSTEAD GIVEN ME A REPLY FOR REPLACEMENT WITH SAME SHOES PAIR WHICH I NEVER WANTED. AFTER THIS, I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER NUMBER OF TIMES AND ASKED TO REFUND ON CHAT SUPPORT BUT THERE IS NO POSITIVE REPLY FROM THEM.
IS THIS HOW COMPANIES ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS?
