Hi,

I had cancelled my Air India flight ticket well in advance in March. They promised to refund the remaining money within 24 hours after deduction of cancellation charges. But they never deposited the amount back to my account. I had sent them several chats and raised ticket. But they replied once and after that they simple don’t communicate back.

Please help me how to get my money back from them.

I am attaching the ticket cancellation status. Kindly help.
