I have booked train tickets via IRCTC App thru Paytm wallet and cancelled my tickets, but I have not received refunded amounts of Rs 5860/- & Rs 3830/- from IRCTC for cancelled PNR 6640130546 dated 29 Feb 20 & 4723549894 dated 26 Feb 20 till date. Pl redress my grievance n help in getting my refunds.
