Worst service by Paytm. Let me elaborate my issue : Few months ago(4 months) I booked my flight ticket for myself of rs 13,343. And unfortunately i had to cancel my ticket because of financial problem of my family. And refund amount was Rs 7410 As per paytm policy they said that you just got your refund in 40-45 days but still i can’t receive my refund or any mail regarding my complain.
I have been calling past 4 months to paytm customer but no one can response or they giving a fake commitment…
so here I am requesting to paytm customer care that kindly refund my money back to my account..but no one is bother to help from last 4 months ..find my resolution asap or I have to take legal action…My registered contact number 9007395276
