Sir,
I ordered a shipment of INR 1267 and delivery charge INR 39. I take it cash on delivery on 24/11/2018. I returned it and it is successfully returned to the merchent on 19/11/2018 as tracking . A cashback of this concern INR 507 has been already credited to my Paytm wallet as goldback . But the rest INR 799 is not credited credited to my bank account (I already submitted it) or my Paytm wallet . I have contacted many and many times . The helping-persons of Paytm say to wait for 24 or 48 hours. And the same taking repeated to wait and so on.
So I complaint against Paytm whether Paytm refunds INR 799 to me.
