Purchased iphone 7 128gb from paytm with order id : 3676256912 , while the time of buying several times order got canceled due to network issues, but when finally placed the promocode did not got approved, i recived product parcel from my society watchmen on 18th august . I called to customer care on 27th in morning at 5.00 am & informed them about cashback, the executive told he could have provided me cashback only if i would have called them jst 5HOURS BEFORE . SO IF I M 5 HOURS LATE TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE THAN I SHOULD BEAR RS.11,000 . I want my cashback.
