Paid using Paytm UPI to a merchant IndianOnshop. Service not provided and refund also not given. Merchant not responding after multiple attempts. Contacted paytm but they ask me to contact the merchant despite explaining to them saying merchant is not responding. According to T&C’s Paytm should provide me refund for the amount of Rs.3916.49 but they are refusing to do so till date.
