I have been following up with PAYTM people for completing my KYC so that I can use my money that is present in the PAYTM wallet. PAYTM has blocked my money in paytm wallet and asking me to complete the KYC process to use my money. However BC agents are asking me to pay money to complete the KYC process. For the past 3 weeks i am raising the same complaint and they are closing the tickets with out giving proper solution and holding my amount in wallet.
