PayTm has blocked my account without prior notice. I want to close my account. To close my account PayTm asked me to provide my SBI bank account statement.
I answered them mentioning that I do not see any point in sharing my account statement and asked them to close my account with confirmation based on my mobile number and email id.
They did not reply back and cleared the mesaage I had sent them. PayTm has now cleared all the log of complaints and conversations, everything that I told them after they had asked for the bank statement. The query reference is not available any more. This is bothering me a lot.
I want my account closed. I want all the data my account has regarding bank accounts, benificiary accounts, debit cards etc. cleared from PayTm servers.
The mobile number registered with PayTm is 98510…..
