Order no. 3789978550, had ordered 10 items but only 6 were delivered. Logged online complaint 3 weeks ago but no resolution provided for products undelivered.
Online phone number provided, IVR says that order number is incorrect.
No other way to contact customer care. Like other ecomm websites, PayTm too is now on track of stealing money from customers.
