Recently I have visited a cinema hall ( VNS Cine complex) in Addanki and I booked a online ticket since there were less number of people for our movie cinema hall management cancelled the show and offline movie tickets are replaced for another movie and for online tickets they said we will get refund in 4 days so I waited for 3 days and after when I reached to the Paytm services they informed me that there isn’t any incident at that cinema hall been reported and hall staff weren’t picking the phone. I need refund of 257.72 rs
