Mera paytm merchant he paytm postpaid mese jab tak free tha transfer krna mene kiya or time to time pay bhi kiya he par jab se charges he mene postpaid use karna bandh kr diya. But kal customer ne Rs. 33047 upi se transfer kiya to paytm ne mdr charges 3331.25 rs cut kr liya. Jab customer care me call kiya to bataya ki appka postpaid jab se he tab se ab tak ka charges jama tha wo cut kiya gaya he. But koi notification ya intimation nahi aaya he. Ki appka itna amt. Pending jo bharna hoga. To ye amt refund hoga?
