I have open a marchent account in the year of 2019 but unfortunately I had closed the business in the year of 2020 after six month and closed Paytm Pos machine that time with cleared the Paytm dues and informed over the phone and online to Paytm.
But now after 3 years back Paytm open my merchant account and link with my personal contact number that was not linked with that merchant account.
Now they are ( paytm ) doing fraud with my person Paytm account and deducted every transaction amount whatever I received through my Paytm account.
I have never login that pos machine after 2020 but they are saying your rental is pending. Paytm clearly showing fraud and monopoly and don’t want to listen at the given customer care number where I have logged 4 complaints.
Request you to kindly resolve my issue and they will my deducted amount.
