I am having a merchant as well as user paytm account with account number 9463411411. My account is being blocked for almost 2 months with someone wrongly fraud chargeback complaint against my merchant account BY HDFC BANK AUTHORITY for Rs 2000 only with order id : 202209151237570088 ,Date : 15/09/2022 with RRN NUMBER- 225825717709 I have talked to all the superiors and asm’s and RH but no body is providing me with the solution and I am getting harassed day by day. Even i am having an active Fixed Deposit currently with paytm . But my account is blocked so i am not able to unblock the account and not able to login my application. I have already uploaded all the required documents to paytm official email id’s But no solution yet. Please Help!
