I have marchant account of paytm and i have transfer money from marchant account to my bank account on 6 april 1000rs, 8 april 6000rs and 11 april 2000rs but in marchant account money is deducted but not transfer on my bank account on status show pending after some days the status show failed i contact customer care they give excuses every time and say mony will settle in 2 or 3 days there is no solution or my complaint please solve my problem my paytm marchant account no.
