Paytm has started a charge of 2 to 2.5 % per transaction amount of settlements.
When I asked them about the reason they have given a transaction id (22852138516) which does not exists in paytm anywhere.
After that when they released that customer is not fool then they change the txn id – 23799977872 which was held on 3rd of april with an amount of Rs 20000.
But there also they were wrong as the transaction was received from a customer number.
After that they claim that customer has sent the amount from adding a credit crad.
Is there fault of any merchant that the customer pays a money from wallet should not be added from using credit card.
At last they directly said that they will not remove the charges from my meschant account.
now I am helpless they are not removing charges and as there is the policy for merchant mobile number reuse is prohibited i mean I cant use this number again for any other merchant account.
Please save your Important mobile number from being the part of fraud system of PAYTM.
