I ordered earphone on 1st of October 2018 and the money from my Paytm wallet got deducted and there has been no refund made it’s been more than 15 days. They are not replying to my emails and paytm Mall is not attending my call I am trying from last 15 days is there any solution please do something it was rupees 371 INR
