I ordered something from PayTM Mall app. Since 5 days they are delaying my order delivery. On asking to deliver the package today at any cost, the divery partner threatens me to escalate to his seniors.
I am calling PayTM Mall help desk but they put me on hold for almost 30 mins. I called the delivery partner and they also put me on hold for 10 10 mins twice. Am I a fool to leave my job and keep on waiting for them?
Any number of times you call PayTM customer care, they will say that all our executives are busy. Your call is on hold. I have wasted my 50 Rs. till now on calling the customer care and was put on hold.
