Hi,
This is Murugan, I have been made online order through paytm mall order no.8986399674 mobile app on 13th August 2019, and the order has been assigned to one seller, and they also handover the product with GATI courier service on 15th Aug. and GATI given assured delivery by 20th Aug. but the parcel holding till 25th of Aug at Delhi hub, due to poor service from GATI team, after i spoke with GATI customer care and followed daily basis thant he produc delivered by 30th August in my home address, where i open the parcel items in two bottle of toilet clearner instead of i ordered casual shoes, after i spoke with paytm mall customer care executive they are told me as give replacement request through the mobile app, again seems the replacement order seems hold status, after i call with them they are told me as will be send it asap, in between gap wrong product has been received by Express courier team, and finally paytm mall team refunded the amount to my account with deducting of 25% of order amount without any intimation to me, and the replacement order automatically cancelled, again i check with customer care they are telling place the new order and get correct product.
I want to know what basis they are running the paytm mall and holding my my money around 20days and finally returning with deduction of 25% , it seems online brie-berry or open theft of business.
I would like to get it 10times of my order amount from paytm mall group and respective seller. hope they are doing routine activity like this way..
