Respected sir,

i ordered puma sweatshirt (order id :- 12319103739) on 8th december and i received product on 12th december….on the same day i placed replacement request due to large size and today is 19th december ….they did not reply my replacement request (their policy said return pickup within 3 to 4 days). Even i tried their provided help line number but in their number only computer talks…no customer care executive availabe….how the worst service….please help me sir.
