Paytm offers worst services to its valuable customers. There have been two such instances where I was cheated. On september 27th 2018, when i used paytym to recharge unknown person’s number on my friend’s request, the app showed its processing, i i waited for 5 mins and attempted to recharge once again and it was sucessful as it as an emergency for my friend’s relative whom I recharged the amount was Rs 399. The recharge happened twice. I was expecting a refund nd didnot recieve any as the provider said the recharge cannot be reversed.
Second time, I ordered LED light string to decorate for my wedding, paytym gave incorrect tracking details to me and I never received any update on this. This was on 12th Oct with the amount of 699. I tried to contact Gati international mutliple times and they said to contact the shipper, when I took the number from paytym and contacted the shipper it said the phone is switched off. Now, I see the order is canceled. I was expecting the product for My wedding and my wedding is already over. I was still expecting an update, I am not at all satisfied with how paytym has dealt with me. I want compensation from Paytm, including my refunds. im attaching screenshots below. Please help me
