I have completed my video KYC from PayTM and they assured that the letterwill be diliverd in 10 days, even after almost 1 month I didn’t revived any letter yet and paytm not responding to my complaint, they don’t even have any customer to executive number so that we could talk with their customer care person, it’s been a month now and PaayTM not realeasing my money from their PayTM wallet, I seriously needed money and I am helpless from payTM, I want to throw allegiance on PayTM to hold my money from more than 4 weeks without my concern and it could be effect on my mental health as well as physical health, PayTM have to release my amount with honour, Thankyou
