On 01 February 2023 i paid the amount of Rs. 1825 against my loan agreement no. MP3010CD0004826 which stated it will be updated in my loan account in 3 days.
Today on 3 February 2023, I received an email stating they deducted an amount of Rs. 1825 i thought may be the payment is updated today but then i checked my account there was an deduction of 1825 Rupees.
My complaint is why they deducted the amount twice from my account.
My concern is the money in my account was not mine it belongs someone else now what can I do.
I Asked to virtual assistant but there was no Reply regarding my issue.
I need the money tommorow which they have deducted what can I do Now .??
