I have raised an issue for kyc verification at doorstep through agent.the agent visited my residence ,verified adhar card details 15 days back but still status shows verification under process.i can neither raise another kyc request nor i can be liable for cashbacks.i am being frequent user of paytm for my day to day works.but very much disappointed and angry with their services.my own amount i cant use and do not get any benefits of using this app.
