My Self mayank kumar my Add is 14/53-D,DDA Flats Sarai Kaley Khan, New Delhi-110013, and my number is 8802106674 last one month ago i have completed KYC from my mobile number.
last 15 days i can not use my paytm for all types of payments like electric bill water bill, petrol pump payment,or all types of bill.
i am facing lots of problem last 15 days paytm service is to poor no response form pytm, customer care num, reachable last 1 months.
last Thursday i received a call from paytm and they told please ready your documents original our executive will contact you but no body visit till date, and i am also trying to call back on that number but nobody pic the call last 15 days.
can u help me out above issue? this is not a service which you providing your customer. I am so fad up. supreme court also extend aadhar link dates, my calling number 8368012594.
I am wating your response other wise i will take legal action against paytm.
