As you can see in my uploaded image, I have asked Paytm several times for Physical verification for KYC and each time I am given an appointment n the person designated calls also. But everytime I pick calls from paytm n ask them to show up in my address they say its not on our route so we wont come or we are too busy to come on this route.
What is this crap? Are they fooling us by making are transactions fail? I have heavy amount pending to recieve back as of transactions failure…..
